Description: Set in the desolate small town of Farnhamville, the film follows a young couple—played by Eugene Levy and Andrea Martin before their SCTV fame—who rent a room and soon learn of an old legend about three cannibalistic girls responsible for atrocious murders.
As they delve deeper, they discover that the legend is horrifyingly real and more recent than they thought.
Directed by Ivan Reitman, who later became known for blockbusters like Ghostbusters, the film combines a bleak atmosphere with humorous touches from the lead performances, especially evident in the town scenes.
