1. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Membership

Customers may cancel an automatically renewing membership at any time before the next scheduled renewal date.

To cancel through the website:

1. Log in to your account at https://grindhousecinema.com/account/.
2. Open your membership or subscription details.
3. Select the available cancellation option.
4. Confirm the cancellation request.

When cancellation is completed successfully, future automatic renewal payments will be stopped.

2. Cancellation by Email

If a cancellation option is not displayed, or if you experience difficulty cancelling through your account,

• Your name or username where applicable;
• The membership plan you wish to cancel.

Do not send full card details, passwords or other sensitive payment information by email.

3. Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.
Unless otherwise stated, customers normally retain access until the end of the membership period already paid for.

Cancellation does not normally terminate access immediately unless requested by the customer or required for
security, fraud-prevention or policy-enforcement reasons.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelling a membership does not automatically create a refund for a payment that has already been processed.

5. Fixed-Term Memberships

Fixed-term memberships that are sold as one-time purchases normally expire automatically at the end of the
purchased term and do not require cancellation to prevent a future charge, unless automatic renewal was
clearly disclosed before purchase.

6. Confirmation

SlzyStudio LTD will normally provide confirmation after a cancellation request has been processed.
Customers should retain this confirmation for their records.
