Description: In this dystopian tale, a completely albino operative named Brion James, working for a terrorist organization, contaminates a desert town’s water supply with a toxic substance. Those who consume it turn homicidal, their faces green and their blood boiling with rage. Ken, a lawyer, and his wife Cheri stumble upon this town during their vacation, along with Reilly, an ex-cop. The town, Canyonland, is now a haven for the deranged and powerful. Sheriff Hanks and his daughter Julia seek to restore order with the help of Ken and Reilly, as the once-normal residents turn violent and chaotic.
