Description: In an isolated countryside mansion, teenage friends Lisa, Natalie, and Stephanie spend the weekend under the distant care of Aunt Christina. Left largely unsupervised, their conversations drift into darker territory as Lisa reveals a disturbing tale her father once told — about an act of wartime sexual violence during the Algerian War. This memory becomes the catalyst for a descent into collective madness.
As the girls grow increasingly unhinged, they begin experiencing vivid and disturbing hallucinations involving a ghostly paratrooper who stalks them through the house. The phantom figure sexually menaces them in surreal visions — leaving cryptic messages like “Sex Is Life” and invoking a growing sense of paranoia, fear, and erotic tension. Are they being haunted by an actual malevolent spirit, or are they trapped in a shared psychosexual delusion?
Blending psychological horror with elements of voyeurism, director Pierre B. Reinhard crafts a grim and feverish atmosphere, channeling the aesthetic of American slashers while remaining distinctly European in its tone and pacing. Shot entirely in one location, the film uses first-person camerawork, unsettling sound design, and lingering imagery to evoke a state of creeping dread.
Tracking is not a typical ghost story — it’s a disorienting exploration of trauma, hysteria, and the blurry boundaries between fantasy, memory, and madness.
