Description: After the previous terror-filled adventures appear to have ended, the remains of Count Dracula lie cold in an altar — but a vampiric bat drips its blood over his ashes, triggering a gruesome resurrection that revives the Count back to his monstrous life.
Soon after, villagers discover a young woman murdered with the unmistakable mark of vampiric fangs — panic spreads, and a mob storms the castle, setting it on fire in a desperate attempt to end Dracula’s reign.
But the castle crypt shields the Count, and upon escaping the flames, Dracula retaliates by unleashing a horrific blood-soaked massacre: he commands a bat swarm that slaughter the frightened women and children hiding in the village church.
Years later, a troubled young man named Paul — fleeing false charges and scandal — stumbles upon the sinister castle seeking refuge. There he meets a mysterious woman, unaware of the horrors that await him. Seduced and betrayed, Paul is drawn deeper into Dracula’s lair, where passion, fear, and violence collide.
Meanwhile his brother and the woman Paul cared about race to find him, descending into a gothic nightmare of creeping dread, gothic corridors, vampiric seduction and brutal violence. As trust shatters and betrayal mounts, the castle becomes a labyrinth of nightmare — and Dracula stands as its lord, hungry for vengeance.
Scars of Dracula blends classic vampire horror with 1970s exploitation — reawakening Dracula in a world still ripe for blood. With its nightmarish imagery, dark castle walls, bat attacks, and uncompromising violence, the film remains an uncompromising cult-era horror classic.
