Description: When a middle-aged father’s search for his runaway daughter pulls him into the grimy underbelly of America’s sex-drugs-crime scene, all pretense of suburban safety shatters. His daughter, Angel, has dropped out, fallen into the orbit of pimps and drug pushers, and now works at a topless bar in Eugene, Oregon.

As he ventures into strip clubs, dives bars, and squalid motel rooms, the father witnesses a brutal world where innocence is traded for survival. Angel’s boyfriend is her dealer, pushing heroin and forcing her into sex work—her path back into light growing ever more distant.

Meanwhile, the father’s attempts to navigate this ruthless ecosystem expose him to his own complicity and desperation. Surrounded by exploited women, hard-luck men, and indifferent authority, he must decide whether to simply find his daughter or rescue himself from the nightmare he’s plunged into. The film ends with no easy redemption—only the stark, gritty reality of a street where dreams die hard.

Shot on raw location and imbued with the lo-budget drive-in energy of the mid-70s, Street Girls remains a haunting exploitation film that wears its traumas as plainly as its neon lights.
